Where natural history meets art, this museum features more than 500 life-sized woodcarvings of birds by Bob Spear and others. The loon family alone took him 850 hours to carve and paint. Beyond dioramas of lifelike birds in their habitats, the museum offers hiking trails, a bird blind, annual art show, bird walks, activities for kids, a rentable cabin, and many community events.
