Which is your favorite Benedict?

The classic: Canadian bacon, eggs, hollandaise.
I like it fishy: smoked salmon, crab cakes ...
Give me the veggie option — spinach, tomatoes, you know.
I dig it with sausage gravy instead of hollandaise.
Benedict Cumberbatch? I'm not a fan of eggs with sauce.
