What would you like to see from Vermont's food/drink scene in 2016?

More high-end places for dates and celebrations.
Fast-casual concepts — like Shake Shack — from local restaurateurs.
How about a ramen place?
Pop-ups, farm dinners and other immersive dining experiences.
More beers that aren't IPAs
