Kale season is here. How do you eat Vermont's favorite leafy green?

Enough with the kale already! It's so over-hyped.
I usually just sauté it for a side dish.
In green juice.
Kale Caesar! Or as a base for any other salad.
In pasta, or eggs, soups, baked goods ... It's great in everything.
